
Saturday is weighing day. And after 3 weeks I have managed to reach my target weighed of 10 stone 3lbs. Unfortunately that's just for my left leg. If I put both of my feet on the scales it's not such an impressive weight loss.
Actually, I'm very pleased, I've lost 10lbs in 3 weeks which is quite good; not too much and not too quickly. It has been reasonably easy to stick to the diet so far, which is worrying, as I was expecting it to be a lot harder. I am waiting for that morning when I wake up and crave a fried egg sandwich!
