So it's been a year since KALM Training Solutions Ltd became KALM Training & Design and I couldn't be happier. I have a brilliant partner in Rich Wells and what was going to be a small training company is now something so much more exciting. Joined by my son Tom, and with the help of several ladies who do all the boring admin and legal stuff for us, 2016 is going to be our year.
And I think that deserves a glass of celebration bubbly, I will give up drinking tomorrow.
